At Matteau, we strive for complete satisfaction and offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please ensure all hygiene stickers and tags remain intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form provided via email.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
